馬水東道仮設団地住民交流会
「おしゃべりランチ＆健康体操」
新型コロナウイルス拡大予防策でほとんどのイベントや活動が中止になっています。馬水東道仮設団地では、住民さんの要望で小規模交流会を行いました。今回は、ワイワイおしゃべりランチの後に、バルビー和代ママの「座ったままできる健康体操」♪和代ママは作業療法士を育てる先生なんですっ！頭を使う動きや筋肉がほぐれる体操など「頭も身体もスッキリした」「気が滅入る毎日から少し解放された」とみんな笑顔♪また来月集まりましょうね〜っ♪

Lunch together and indoor exercise
Instead of the original gathering plan,
we had small gathering to have lunch together. One of BULBY staff lead the exercise after lunch.
Most of the residents will move out the site within next month. They are planning to spend the time together again next month to commemorate the Kumamoto earthquakes.
