（じゅうきょ かくほ きゅうふきん）
Municipalities will pay the rent to your landlord on behalf if you are experiencing decreased income etc. (basically up to 3 months, maximum extension 9 months)
収入（しゅうにゅう）が減（へ）ったなどで、家賃（やちん）がはらえない人（ひと）は、自治体（じちたい）が家主（やぬし）さんに払（はら）ってくれる。
原則（げんそく）3か月（かげつ）、最大（さいだい）9か月（かげつ）
